About CARNELA RENEE HILL
Carnela Renée Hill is the CEO and Principal Designer of CR Hill Design Group (CRHDG),LLC. She is an award-winning interior designer, motivational speaker, inspirational and visionary leader, business strategist, and political advisor. Carnela is a top designer in North Carolina who was a 2015 White House Decorator and guest on the HGTV White House Christmas special. Carnela has been identified in The Wall Street Journal as ‘One of the 111 Most Promising Business Leaders," and she celebrates 22 years in business.
Carnela’s book “Walking Afraid” chronicles her journey from Corporate America to full-time entrepreneurship, health issues, depression and relationships. The book and the “Walking Afraid – Action Plan” helps you document your journey and face those hard areas that are holding you back. Carnela is a co-author contributing writer for to several book projects including “The Fight," and “Women at Life’s 50-Yard Line (The Playbook)”.
Carnela is passionate about mentoring the youth, coaching business owners and given back in the community. She is the Pastor at Be Restored Church, Inc., a licensed Chaplain, an ICF Certified Coach and Past-President for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) - Great Raleigh Chapter. Carnela has an electric way of attracting people to her from across various platforms and internationally which makes her no stranger to the political world. She is an advocate for small sized businesses, education, women and interior designers. Carnela is a regular contributor on the Clubhouse app on the topics of interior design and spirituality.
With a passion and love to serve the Kingdom of God and to be a blessing, Carnela, continues to live with a strong desire to keep going into the marketplace. Why? She wants to spread the Word of God in those non-traditional places inspiring people to walk life out by faith. One of her favorite scriptures, that keeps her grounded in her faith is 2 Timothy 1:7, “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” In January 2020, Carnela had the opportunity to attend and speak at a twelve day leadership pilgrimage in Israel. In 2022, Pastor Carnela did missions work and preached in Italy and then returned back to Israel. She teaches others how to WIN. This is her story and she would love to help you share your story.
